Refund Policy

Last updated September 2026 · the free alpha charges nothing; this is the promise that carries into paid tiers.

During the free alpha

Nothing is for sale, so there's nothing to refund. If a paid charge ever shows up on your statement from the alpha, that's an error — email us and it gets reversed the same day.

Once paid tiers activate

• 14 days, no questions. Any first payment can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge — email support@julianutility.com from your account address, no form and no interrogation.
• Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel any time from your account page or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and past renewals beyond the first can be refunded within 14 days of each charge.
• Paddle is our merchant of record — refunds are issued through Paddle, so the chargeback and receipt trail lives with them. Disputes opened with your bank before contacting us just slow things down; write to us first and we'll make it right.
• Abuse exception — accounts closed for terms violations (reselling access, fraud) aren't eligible for refunds of the period in which the abuse occurred.

Commercial source licenses

Commercial Utility Source Licenses (once offered) can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if you haven't yet deployed under them.
